Time to understand.
Your history, previous care, current concerns, and priorities all belong in the conversation. We make room for questions and for the parts of your experience that need closer attention.
Meet your physician
Naturopathic physician · Vancouver, British Columbia

I am with my patients every step of the way. My approach honours your personal goals and values, bringing together evidence-based medicine and careful consideration of cutting-edge research. Whether you are investing in your health, navigating cancer care, or living with persistent symptoms, we make room for complexity and a plan that can evolve with you.
My education includes honours study in nutrition and nutraceutical sciences at the University of Guelph, a Bachelor of Health Science from Thompson Rivers University, and naturopathic medical training at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine. I completed an intensive two-year residency in integrative oncology and complex chronic disease with Dr. Lindsay Adrian.
The goal is a thoughtful, collaborative relationship in which you have time to ask questions, understand your options, and participate in your care.
The perspective behind my practice
I was first drawn to naturopathic medicine by the breadth of treatment options it could bring alongside conventional care. As my understanding deepened, I came to see it as a different way of understanding disease, health, and healing.
That perspective shapes how I work with patients today: taking time to understand the whole picture, exploring the reasoning behind each option, and revisiting the plan as your needs change.
Academic & clinical foundation
Clinical development
My residency and additional training inform the range of options I can consider with you, within the context of your diagnosis, goals, and current care.
What you can expect
Your history, previous care, current concerns, and priorities all belong in the conversation. We make room for questions and for the parts of your experience that need closer attention.
We discuss why an investigation or treatment is being considered, what the evidence can tell us, and where uncertainty remains. Your preferences help shape the decisions.
Complex concerns do not always follow a straight line. I stay alongside you, review your response, and coordinate with other practitioners with your permission.
Teaching & writing
I regularly teach classes in autoimmunity, orthopedics, men’s health, and IV therapy. My writing has also been published in the CAND Journal.

Away from the clinic
Outside work, I enjoy spending time at the gym and in nature—and occasionally testing my cat’s patience.
Begin with your priorities
Whether you are investing in your health or navigating a more complex concern, your first conversation is an opportunity to discuss your goals and how this practice may fit your care.
