Begin with a meet and greet.
A meet and greet is a free 15-minute conversation, in person or virtually, to determine whether we are a good fit. Bring your priorities and questions about working together.
You might be looking for more thorough primary care, support alongside cancer treatment, help with persistent symptoms, or a specific treatment assessment. A full clinical assessment is a separate step.
Start with a conversation about your priorities.
Book a free meet & greet ↗Bring your history. And your questions.
Useful information for your first assessment includes:
- Your main concerns and the activities or goals that matter most to you.
- A list of prescription medications, supplements and relevant allergies.
- Recent laboratory results, imaging reports and a summary of previous care, where available.
- For cancer care: your diagnosis, pathology, treatment summary and current oncology plan.
- For pain care: relevant investigations and a description of how symptoms affect movement, sleep or work.
The clinic will confirm the intake forms and records appropriate to your visit. Arrange record transfers through its approved secure process.
An assessment shaped around you.
Your initial consultation is 90 minutes and costs $325. We take a full medical history, review your current treatment plan, perform a physical exam, and discuss further testing and treatment options.
Nutrition, sleep, stress, movement and daily life belong in that discussion alongside conventional testing and medication review. Your goals help shape the recommendations.
Understand the plan before you commit.
Recommendations are individualized. We discuss the purpose of each proposed investigation or treatment, relevant benefits and risks, alternatives, and the practical commitment involved.
The initial consultation fee is $325. Laboratory testing and procedures can have separate costs; ask the clinic for a treatment-specific estimate before proceeding. If you have extended health benefits, confirm your coverage with your insurer.
A continuing relationship.
Your plan can change as new information emerges and your priorities evolve. Follow-up gives us a chance to review your response, discuss questions and decide what to continue or adjust.
You can continue working with your family physician, oncologist and other practitioners. With your permission, relevant findings and recommendations can be shared to support coordinated care.
Questions before you book.
How much does the first appointment cost?
A meet and greet is free and lasts 15 minutes, in person or virtually. The initial consultation is a separate 90-minute appointment and costs $325.
Do I need to choose between an ND and an MD?
No. Their scopes and expertise differ, and both can be part of your care team. I am happy to collaborate with your other practitioners.
Can I inquire without a referral?
Direct inquiries and professional referrals are welcome. Some specialized IV therapies require a referral from your primary care provider; contact the clinic to confirm the appropriate intake.
Can I have an IV if I am not an ongoing clinic patient?
Many IV services are available through a brief IV intake that reviews safety, indications and recent laboratory work. Specialized IV therapies are available by referral from your primary care provider.
